As whole grains are rich in fibre and vitamin-E, it not only protects your brain but also the cardiovascular system. It averts the risk factors like high blood pressure, obesity, stroke, cancer and diabetes. At least two and half servings will definitely improve your health condition. You can have it daily as Rice, breads and oats. You can also have it as consistency of porridge with your favourite fried dishes. Though carbohydrates give instant energy, the limit should not be exceeded to stay smart and slim.
