The Toxins in Tobacco
Insoluble solutes and toxic substances are inhaled during smoking. Substances like ammonia, nicotine, lead, cadmium, methanol, carbon monoxide are inhaled while you smoke. You should have lot of water but still before the water dilutes these toxic substances they damage your brain cells and vital organs. When you are asked to inhale car exhaust, you won’t but you are unknowingly inhale carbon monoxide as you smoke. Similarly, if you are asked to take battery, you won’t but still you will inhale methanol in rocket fuel is also added in cigarettes.
