3) Whole grain and Carbohydrates
Low-carbohydrate diets can trigger headaches, so try taking carbohydrates and whole grains according to your energy needs. Skipping food may develop a rigorous need for energy, so there are high chances that you may relapse the headaches.
You can take whole grain in the forms of cereals, bread toast, salads, muffins, whole wheat flour out of which, you can make pancakes, cakes, cookies, oat meal with fruits, brown ice white rice, potato etc.
