Spinach is a flowering plant. It is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals thus preventing and healing the tissue damage and sprucing up healthy cartilage. Like ginger, it acts in the same way as NSAIDS relieving pain and inflammation. It also helps to prevent the risk of internal bleeding, liver and kidney damage commonly associated with the patients under the medication for liver and kidney damage. Spinach is rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E similar to the properties seen in carrot for vitamin A, oranges for Vitamin C. The inflammation and pain is also contained by vitamin k similar to the properties seen in kale. The antioxidants should be ingested afresh without having it as junk in fridges.
