Sound sleep after partying is better than having sleepless nights. Plan to dance and entertain your girlfriend in a healthy manner so that drinks would not stop you from thinking rational. Hangovers can be effectively contained by a sound sleep. Digestion is good when you sleep. Metabolism is also better when you sleep. Alcohol is recommended only when you grow up. In tender ages, the alcohol is metabolized slower than that of an adult physiology. Sleep will also help towards cell repair and to tide over the hangovers. Sleeping sound at night and sufficient quantum of water, sports drinks with electrolytes may reduce the symptoms and hangovers by re-establishing your biological rhythm.
